Education:
He attended Kwalli Special Primary School and later moved to Chiranci Special Primary School. He also attended Aliya Shahuci Secondary School. In addition, he began his Islamic education in 1996 at Madarsatul Tadarissul Dinul Islam, where he later served as a teacher from 2007 to 2010.
Career:
He started his business in shadda (traditional fabric) in 2005. In 2010, he moved to D.I.Y. Pit (Marina), where he spent three years. In 2013, he relocated to Edo State, where he acquired skills in Kampala textile dyeing, paint production, powdered detergent, Vaseline production, shampoo making, and milk and yogurt production.
In 2014, he moved to Sokoto for further training in soap and liquid soap production. He later relocated to Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State, where he began practicing and teaching the production of laundry soap, detergents, paint, and shampoo.
In 2016, he returned to Kano and worked with several industries, including Mai Guarantee Soap Nigeria Ltd, Mama Care Pomade Nigeria Ltd (Chalawa), and Mai Jimina Detergent Nigeria Ltd. He later worked in Katsina with Maburuk Detergent before returning to Kano to work with major companies such as Mamuda Group of Companies and Aspira Nigeria Limited, as well as other industries in Sharada and Chalawa.
Experience and Expertise:
With over a decade of industrial experience, Mallam Aliyu has a strong understanding of production processes and chemical reactions. He is skilled in producing petroleum jelly (Vaseline), perfumes, soap, liquid soap, shower gel, detergents, bleach, and various food and beverage products such as milk, powdered milk, and yogurt.
He has also successfully assisted others in setting up local production businesses that are now thriving, including Mai Guarantee Soap, Mama Care Pomade, Cho Cleaner, and Mai Jimina. Through the M.A.Y Foundation, he has trained tens of thousands of young men and women, many of whom have become successful in local production industries
