Educational Background:
He began his education at a Tsangaya school in 1989 and later moved to an Islamiyya school in 1990, while also attending Muhammad Mai Gadon Kaya Primary School, which he completed in 1995. He then proceeded to Sabuwar Kofar Junior Secondary School, graduating in 1998, and later attended Dawakin Tofa Science College, where he graduated in 2004.
Career:
He started his career at a young age in 1998, engaging in fabrics and leather trading at Kwari Market. After a series of partnerships, he developed an interest in construction and real estate. In May 2020, he established his own company, M.A.Y General Merchant & Entrepreneurship, and later founded the M.A.Y Foundation in 2024.
Foundation Activities:
So far, the M.A.Y Foundation has trained more than 10,000 young men and women, empowering them with financial support, certifications, and business opportunities. Over 3,000 beneficiaries have successfully established and are actively running their businesses across Kano State and neighboring states.
Mission:
The M.A.Y Foundation aims to empower youths across Northern Nigeria by promoting self-reliance and reducing unemployment. It is also committed to supporting orphans and vulnerable individuals through access to education and shelter.
